Please pay attention for all descriptions field, they validate form by words. In first attempt validation script identified me as spamer or adult site, but after I edit description site was accepted without any hassle. After submission is completed you'll receive confirmation email with all info and link to modify your listing. I am highly recommended.

CIC – Do not submit there unless your site related to Cambodia. All I could say that is form short and simple, and doesn't show any action after submission, just return to home page. I wouldn't bother to submit there.

Cipinet – said: "Human-edited directory of the web" Simple, required top level URL only to crawl your website. Appreciate for reciprocal link but not mandatory. Good place to be listed.

Company Connect – Official search, as they said. According to Merriam-Webster OFFICIAL are:
1. One who holds or is invested with an office
2. One who administers the rules of a game or sport especially as a referee or umpire.
Is your site is official site or illegal? I'm not sure what its mean. Maybe if your site not promotes terrorism or criminal activity you could submit it there. I think at least you should have a home office to be accepted there. Well, I'll try. Submission form is simple and short. I'll come back in a while to see if we are in official directory or not.
