IGEC – Nice, nice, nice old style submission form, very easy to fill out and very easy to submit. After you click "submit" button you'll get a very generous page that offer you look on "pending page" to be sure that every thing is OK. Only one problem. there is pending for submissions of August of 1999. I think they still working on Y2K problem and as soon as they solve it pending will move with light speed. Conclusion? Don't bother.
